Creating exceptional healthcare facilities you'd choose for your loved ones
What we invest in
At Octopus Real Estate we deliver a better healthcare experience by investing in carefully designed care homes, retirement communities and other healthcare facilities. We work closely with operators and developers to create inspired surroundings that transform the lives of the growing population.
How we do itAs healthcare real estate investors, we’re all about taking the long-term approach. So, whether we're developing a new retirement community or investing in a best in class care home, we start by asking what matters most; to our partners, our investors and the people who use healthcare facilities. It all comes from our obsession with delivering a first-rate customer experience.
We’ve been investing in healthcare infrastructure and property across the UK for 15 years.
We’re giving entrepreneurs the funding they need to establish and grow great healthcare businesses.
We’re developing state-of-the-art healthcare buildings that have a positive impact on local communities and landscapes.
